Pulis set to raid relegated Norwich for Ruddy

Tony Pulis is set to make Norwich goalkeeper John Ruddy his first summer signing.

Ruddy has been viewed as a potential candidate to replace Julian Speroni, who looks set to leave Selhurst Park on a free transfer.

And Palace are facing up to the possibility of losing their Argentine keeper, with clubs such as Arsenal, AC Milan and Barcelona interested.

Ruddy himself, was superb for Norwich in their relegation season, and could feel that a move to a Premier League club will increase his chances of an England recall, having been left out of the World Cup squad.

Wayne Hennessey was signed from Wolverhampton Wanderers in January, and made his debut for the South Londoners in their 2-2 draw with Fulham, though Pulis feels that another keeper is needed, if Speroni departs.
