Real Madrid are reportedly interested in making a move for Chelsea’s Petr Cech. The keeper could be replaced by Thibaut Courtois in goal next season and, if that’s the case, then Cech would want out of Stamford Bridge.
Step in Real Madrid. According to the Daily Telegraph, if he is indeed removed as first-choice shot-stopper, then the Spanish giants could make an offer for him later on this August, as they look for new goalkeeping options.
The Bernabeu side will have to wait until towards the end of August to make any kind of bid for the Czech Republic man, to see if he plays for Chelsea at the beginning of this new football season. If he doesn’t feature, expect Madrid to make an offer of around £15m for the Blues keeper.
