Former-Manchester City manager, Roberto Mancini, has admitted that he would love to be the boss of Arsenal one day.

Now at Italian giants, Inter Milan, Mancini has revealed that he would love the chance to manage at the Emirates Stadium because of the club’s ‘special charm’.

After The Gunners’ poor start to the new campaign, more questions have been raised over Arsene Wenger, and his tenure at the club could be coming to an end with a whole host of names linked with the North London hotseat.

Borussia Dortmund’s Jurgen Klopp and Real Madrid’s Carlo Ancelotti have both been mentioned, but Mancini seems to be the first manager to claim his interest in the role.

Mancini told Italian sports daily Il Corriere dello Sport: ‘I would have loved to have managed Arsenal, a club with a special charm. But there is still time.

After winning the FA Cup in May, Wenger signed a new three-year deal at the Emirates Stadium, but with the fans split on the Frenchman, his time at the club could be coming to an end.
