Italian club Roma are planning a summer swoop for Chelsea striker Romelu Lukaku, and are also looking to buy back £30million Spurs flop Erik Lamela.
Lukaku has been on loan at Everton this season and has produced an impressive campaign, however Lamela has been a disaster at Spurs, due to injury and being unable to settle in London. Roma sold the winger to Spurs for £30million last summer, and are now looking to buy him back on the cheap.
Spurs are also interested in buying Lukaku, who doesn’t seem to have a future at parent club Chelsea, despite Jose Mourinho complaining for the majority of the season about his lack of strikers. Everton would also like to make the deal permanent, though that could depend on whether or not the club achieve Champions League football at the end of the season.
