Roma are to make a shock move for ex Chelsea striker Samuel Eto’o. Eto’o scored 12 goals in all competitions for Chelsea last season and has been released by the club and is a free agent.
The Cameroon captain has been linked with moves to China and USA but Roma are interested in the 33 – year – old.
Eto’o wants one more chance to play in the Champions League and Roma are looking to give him this opportunity. Eto’o who boasts an impressive record in the Champions League has won it 3 times with Barcelona and Inter Milan.
