Brazilian legend Ronaldo has encouraged young players to sign for Chelsea.

Ronaldo, who enjoyed a superb playing career, most notably in Europe, with Barcelona, Inter Milan, and Real Madrid respectively, has urged the players of the future to head to West-London, to enhance their development.

Three of Ronaldo’s countrymen are currently enjoying a fine start to Chelsea’s current Premier League season, with the Blues sitting top of the table.

Oscar, and Willian spent their debut seasons’ at Stamford Bridge last campaign, were joined by Filipe Luis this summer.

And Ronaldo, who won the World Cup in 2002, has revealed his admiration of Jose Mourinho.

Now aged 38, the former striker said: “The Premier League is the right place because of the nature of the football in England which involves a lot of goals and attacking, forward football.

“Especially the players under the coaching of Jose Mourinho.

“They have a lot of potential due to the nature of Mourinho as a coach, so I definitely think the Premier League is the place to be for these young talents.”
