News emerged this week that Chelsea stopper Petr Cech could be on his way to Arsenal. It seemed unlikely at first, but now according to reports, the deal is provisionally done.
The 32-year-old is still considered one of the best in the world, but with the arrival of Thibaut Courtois at Stamford Bridge, his inclusion in the starting XI has been limited at best.
Arsene Wenger seems confident of a £7million January deal to move the Czech international veteran to North London, providing competition to Wojciech Szczesny between the sticks.
With over 10 years as the number one at Chelsea, Cech will be sad to leave the Bridge no doubt, but times move on, and most often, so must the player.
