Burnley boss Sean Dyche has said that he doesn’t want just Joe Hart to be the center of attention. Once considered to be one of the best keepers in the world, Hart has brought some amount of star quality to Burnley.

Hart has made an impressive start to his Burnley career with three successive clean sheets. He made some outstanding saves in the club’s Europa League qualifying game against Istanbul Basaksehir. Burnley won the game thanks to a late winner from Jack Cork and will play Olympiacos in the playoff round.

When asked about Hart’s performance, Dyche replied, “I’m surprised you’re not fed up, we’ve been talking about him for two weeks. I made a lot of the display of the team. There were a lot of really good performances – Ashley Barnes had an interrupted pre-season, Westy (Ashley Westwood) was excellent, the two centre-halves were absolutely top class. They deserve just as many mentions.  Jeff (Hendrick) as well, and sometimes the fans can question him. But Joe definitely played his part, just so you’re happy.”

Istanbul manager Abdullah Avci praised Hart. He said, “Joe Hart made many clear saves. He is an experienced and good goalkeeper. Yes, he made the difference between these sides, especially today.”

Sean Dyche also heaped praise on goalscorer Jack Cork who also scored in the club’s win over Aberdeen . He said, “ Fantastic goals, both of them. Tonight’s was a sublime goal. That is something we don’t get enough credit for. If that is a more trendy name than Jack Cork, it would be raved about.”

Regarding Cork’s chances to play in the England team, Dyche said, “That is for Gareth (Southgate) to decide, not me, but the fact we get players talked about is great. They are earning the right to be mentioned and they certainly deserve it.”

Burnley began their Premier League campaign wiith a goalless draw against Southampton. Their next fixture is against Watford on Sunday.
