Manchester City striker, Sergio Aguero, will miss at least four weeks after suffering a knee injury against Everton.
The Argentine international lasted just two minutes during Saturday night’s Premier League encounter against The Toffees, and despite The Citizens winning 1-0 and closing the gap on Chelsea to just three points, this news will come as a serious title blow to Manuel Pellegrini.
Aguero fell awkwardly in a challenge early on and left the pitch in tears and with City fearing the worst, after the game, Pellegrini admitted that it was ligament damage.
According to Sky Sources, the striker is likely to miss at least a month, ruling him out of the festive period and meaning he will miss the rest of the year.
