This Premier League club helped Donald Trump get elected

According reports Manchester United’s director donated a large sum of money to the Trump campaign.

Media outlets have been reporting that Manchester United director Ed Glazer donated $55,400 to President elect Donald Trumps campaign.

He also apparently donated $5,400 to the Hillary Clinton campaign as well.

Liverpool chairman Tom Werner, who also is the chairman of the Boston Red Sox, were among those who backed Clinton, donating $2,700 to her presidential campaign.

Manchester United is run by co-chairmen and brothers Avram and Joel with the day to day control left in the hands of executive vice-chairman Ed Woodward,

Ed Glazer’s primary involvement in the family’s sporting empire is with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
