8. Romelu Lukaku – €65m (Man Utd to Inter Milan 2019)
Romelu Lukaku is a Belgian professional footballer who plays as a striker for Serie A club Inter Milan. He reached his fame while playing on loan for Everon in the Premier League. After helping Everton reach a club-record points tally, he joined the team in a permanent deal. Named in the 2016–17 PFA Team of the Year, Lukaku signed for Manchester United in 2017.
Howver, after only two seasons in England, he left to join Inter Milan for a record sum of €65 million.
