8. Costel Pantilimon – Watford
He has only made five appearances in all competitions so far this season for Watford and for a goalkeeper who is more than capable of doing a dependable job inbetween the sticks, he should leave the club.
Although he provides a good backup option for the Hornets, he could be better used by another team that could actually give him regular action.
He’s been linked with moves away in the past only for nothing to materialise. However, this summer could provide an opportune time for him to finally find a new club.
There are a number of Championship level sides who could use his pair of safe hands in goal or he could instead make a move over to France if he fancied a move away from England. Marseille or Nantes could perhaps use a new goalkeeper.
Potential club to move to – If he wants to stay in England, a drop down to a Championship team like Reading or Derby could be a good move, as he would get more action. Or, if he fancies a move abroad, Marseille or Nantes could use his services in France.
