5. Thierry Henry (175 goals)

Retired French footballer Thierry Daniel Henry won the MLS Supporters’ Shield during his time with the New York Red Bulls in 2013. He surpassed Michel Platini’s record while becoming France’s top goal scorer of all time in October 2007. Henry played for Arsenal in his Premier League career and scored a total of 175 goals which placed him in the fifth place in our list of 10 all-time top scorers of Premier League.

He scored 175 goals in 254 appearances for Arsenal between 1999 and 2007. Henry then scored 51 goals in 122 appearances for New York Red Bulls between 2010 and 2014 after his transfer in the MLS. Besides his club career, Thierry Henry also scored 51 goals in 123 appearances he has made for the French national football team from 1997 to 2010.

4. Frank Lampard (177 goals)

Frank Lampard last played as the central midfielder or attacking midfielder for English club Manchester City. He currently coaches the Championship club Derby County. He was voted FWA Footballer of the Year in 2005. Shortly after, he received the FWA Tribute Award in 2010. He has played for West Ham United, Chelsea and Manchester City in his Premier League career. He scored a total of 177 goals which placed him in the fourth place in our list of 10 all-time top scorers of Premier League.

Lampard scored 147 goals in 429 appearances for Chelsea between 2001 and 2014. He then opted for transfer and scored 6 goals in 32 appearances for Manchester City in 2014. Besides his club career, Frank Lampard has also scored 29 goals in 106 appearances he has made for the English national football team from 1999 to 2014.

Retired English footballer Andrew Alexander “Andy” Cole has won winning numerous trophies with Manchester United in the Premier League. He received the PFA Young Player of the Year award for his performance for the English club. Andy Cole played for Newcastle United, Manchester United, Blackburn Rovers, Fulham, Manchester City, and Portsmouth in his Premier League career. Retired English footballer Alan Shearer is widely regarded as one of the world’s best strikers. He worked as a television pundit for the BBC after his retirement from active sports. He was named Player of the Year by Football Writers’ Association in 1994. Shortly after, he received the PFA Player of the Year award in 1995. Alan Shearer played for Blackburn Rovers and Newcastle United in his Premier League career. He scored a total of 260 goals which placed him in the top place in our list of 10 all-time top scorers of the premier league.

He scored 112 goals in 138 appearances for Blackburn Rovers between 1992 and 1996. And then scored 148 goals in 303 appearances for Newcastle United between 1996 and 2006. Besides his club career, Alan Shearer also scored 30 goals in 63 appearances he has made for the English national football team from 1992 to 2000.
