Manchester United wonder kid and Congolese hero, Axel Tuanzebe will likely seek a loan move away from the theatre of dreams come January.

Touted as one of the brightest young prospects to have come through the prestigious United academy, Mourinho and Van Gaal have both expressed their excitement about the Centre-Half. “The potential is undeniably there” Jose expressed.  This followed a magnificent display in the academy’s 2-0 victory over Wigan in July. Van Gaal, a man who saw potential in Rashford when no one else did, goes as far as to say Axel is “born for greatness”.

Despite these glowing reports, the young gun is still without his first senior cap after injuring himself during last seasons campaign. Rumours are that Tuanzebe is fed up with academy grade football.  With Jones and Rojo’s careers having been reignited and Manchester United are making an apparent move toward signing Swedish defender Lindelöf, he sits around eighth in the United Centre-Back pecking order.

A loan move could allow Axel to prove what he is made of and continue his development in an environment that would challenge his footballing ability. The six foot tall defender is renowned for his ball playing ability and physicality; often winning the ball back using his strength and kick starting a counter attack through a well placed pass to the flanks.

His technical and physical ability would be put to these test if the nineteen year old were to seal a loan move to the FL Championship. United are said to be looking for viable Championship clubs that would incubate his development and adaption to the very physical nature of the Premier League.

With Aston Villa Centre-Back Micah Richards out with a knee injury, manager Steve Bruce is said to be chasing a potential loan move for talented Tuanzebe. Watch this space.
