Unai Emery believes Arsenal’s display against Manchester United would offer them an insight into their performance graph.
Emery replaced Arsene Wenger at the start of the season and has already created his own path at the Emirates stadium. Despite carrying the weight of being the manager of one of the big European clubs Emery seems to be unfazed by the limelight surrounding him.
Arsenal once again proved their title credentials as they came from behind to thrash Tottenham Hotspur 4-2 in the North London derby. The Gunners will be high on confidence when they take on the Red Devils on Wednesday at the Old Trafford.
United drew their last two matches in the Premier League and are currently struggling in the 7th position. It would be a great platform for Mourinho to revitalise the season with a good performance against the Gunners.
Emery said, “It will be a very big challenge for us on Wednesday and it will confirm our good moment, or whether we need more.
“It is very difficult to win there because they are a very big team with big players and have a big atmosphere pushing them, but it is an exciting match and my motivation is very big.”
