Les Rouge-et-Bleu were drawn against the EPL side in the last 16 draw of the competition on Monday as they qualified from group F 2nd behind Barça.
Speaking after the draw he said: “At this level, there are only great teams,” Marquinhos told PSG TV
“We will train and work hard to prepare for the double header.
“Chelsea have already won the Champions League (in 2012) and are top of their league.
“They will give everything to earn progression (to the quarter finals).
“Last year’s elimination was painful. We will build on that to avoid repeating the same mistakes.”
The ties are played 17th Feb 2015 at Parc des Princes and 11th Mar 2015 at Stamford Bridge.
