Arsenal will host Everton desperate for a win to take them into the Champions League
Team News, Predictions, Previews, Live free streams and Starting Line-ups for Arsenal vs Everton.
Arsenal will be desperate for a win vs Everton on Sunday as it is their only hope of finishing the season in the top 4.
Arsenal are currently sat in fifth, and with just this game remaining this season, they have to rely on themselves winning AND Liverpool to drop points at home to Middlesbrough in order to qualify for next season’s Champions League.
A Europa League spot is certainly a realistic goal for the club to achieve but Arsene Wenger won’t be happy with that and will be desperate to get his side into the top four again. However, it’s a big ask and they’ll need a win here to have any hopes of achieving that goal.
Everton have very little riding on this game. They can finish no higher or lower than 7th, and are ready to start getting on with next season.

Arsenal vs Everton Predicted Line-Ups
Arsenal have no new injury problems going into this match. They pretty much have a full squad to choose from. Lucas Perez and Santi Cazorla are still absent but that is not new news.
Arsenal predicted line-up vs Everton: Cech, Gabriel, Monreal, Koscielny, Oxlade-Chamberlain, Ramsey, Coquelin, Gibbs, Ozil, Sanchez, Giroud.
Everton predicted line-up vs Arsenal: Joel, Holgate, Jagielka, Williams, Baines, Gueye, Schneiderlin, Davies, Barkley, Lukaku, Mirallas
Arsenal vs Everton – Key Players
Alexis Sanchez (Arsenal) – Sanchez may have had a lacklustre last two games but he’ll be determined to continue the goal scoring form from Tuesday night when he bagged two against Sunderland.
The Chile international has been in fine form for the Gunners this year, banging in 23 goals in the league this season and also nabbing 12 assists for his club in all competitions too.
He can create opportunities for his teammates and score himself and he is one of those players that, if he grabs hold of a game, can help his team control a match and swing it in their favour.
Capable of moments of brilliance, the Gunners will be hoping he has a few of them on Sunday. If he does, then Arsene Wenger’s side could secure victory.
Romalu Lukaku (Everton) – The striker will be desperate to advertise himself to other clubs if he is certain he wants to leave Everton this summer.
He has scored some great goals this season. He is up for the golden boot award and goals at the Emirates could clinch that for him.
Arsenal vs Everton SS Prediction
Everton have been an extremely hard side to beat this season, but they haven’t really troubled the big boys.
Arsenal haven’t had the greatest season compared to their usual standards but they are still in with a shout of the top four and are still capable of turning it around and getting a Champions League spot – but they’ll need a win here.
The Gunners are likely to go for the win and with a strong side, and if the likes of Sanchez and Ozil are on form, it will be hard to keep Arsene Wenger’s men from taking the game.
However, I do feel that this will be a close one and believe this game could see the spoils shared by both teams involved.
Arsenal vs Everton Score Prediction: 1-1 draw.
