A potential loan move for Miroslav Klose to Premier League side Arsenal is off after they failed to agree terms with Lazio.
Reports broke earlier today that Arsene Wenger turned his attentions to Klose in search for a striker so that their would be less pressure on current main striker Olivier Giroud, but now according to Goal.com, the loan move is off.
Arsenal and Lazio were in advanced talks about the move, but eventually the two teams couldn’t agree on a loan-fee and the deal is now off the table, which will annoy both Arsenal and Klose as the striker was rumoured to be keen over the move.
This is the second player this month that wanted to move to Arsenal after Julian Draxler was keen, but that move fell through as well due to fee issues.
