Atletico Madrid forward Antoine Griezmann has been speaking about his future once again, and dropped a major hint this week about where he could be playing next season.
The Frenchman has been linked with a number of clubs including Manchester United and Barcelona, but judging by his latest quotes it looks as if he might have his heart set on a move to Paris Saint-Germain.
Whilst on international duty, Griezmann was asked about the possibility of a return to France. “Would it be a dream to play with [Kylian] Mbappe and Neymar? Yes.” he told Telefoot.
The 26 year-old was also asked in a series of questions whether or not he had had contract with Man Utd boss Jose Mourinho since the summer. “No.” was his answer.
It looks more or more likely that Griezmann will be leaving Atletico Madrid in 2018, with his performances this season suggesting that his mind is elsewhere.
So far this season he has just 3 goals from 13 appearances for the rojiblancos, although he has scored three goals this season for France as well.
His release clause will also reduce from €200m to €100m next summer. Manchester United are expected to go back in for him, but will they win the race for his signature?
