Arsenal are back in the hunt to sign Borussia Dortmund star, Marco Reus, after it was revealed that Bayern Munich WILL NOT be signing him.
The German midfielder had been strongly linked with making the switch from Dortmund to Munich, following the footsteps of Mario Gotze and Robert Lewandowski, however, it’s been revealed that he will not be moving to the Bundesliga champions.
That leaves the Premier League and La Liga as the likely destination for Reus, who is all-but guaranteed to leave Dortmund in the Summer.
Real Madrid are firm favourites to eventually land the midfielder, but he is still wanted by Arsenal, Liverpool, Chelsea and Manchester United.
The Gunners were close to signing Reus last Summer, but due to injury, the move collapsed and they ended up signing Alexis Sanchez from FC Barcelona instead.
