The Germans are set to launch a last minute bid for the striker
Bayern Munich could be set to try and steal Zlatan Ibrahimovic from Man United.
According to reports, the Bundesliga side are on the lookout for a new striker, with boss Carlo Ancelotti worried that his current main targetman, Robert Lewandowski, could be on his way to Real Madrid.
If the Poland international does indeed decide to make the move to Spain, it would leave Bayern without a clinical striker and they have identified Ibrahimovic as a potential replacement for him.
The Sweden international has of course decided to leave PSG and he is currently available on a free transfer. He is on the lookout for one final challenge in a different league and Bayern could offer him that.
Offer of Champions League football
Man United have of course been linked with the forward since the end of the season but the German side could be set to sneak in at the last minute to try and steal a deal for him. The Red Devils have agreed terms over a deal for Ibra and he is set to have a medical at Old Trafford once the Euros comes to an end.
However, with the Euros still ongoing, Bayern have plenty time to step in and make their move. They are set to offer Ibrahimovic the same amount of money that United are offering him and could convince him to make the move to the Bundesliga over the Premier League by using the lure of Champions League football as a bargaining point.
Ibrahimovic has never been able to win the Champions League in his illustrious career and with Bayern in the competition next year, it provides him with one last chance to potentially go all the way and claim the prestigious prize.
Where will Zlatan decide to go? Only time will tell!
