Manager in London hotel talking to Chelsea hierarchy
Chelsea Football Club are currently in formal talks with Guus Hiddink regarding the vacant managerial role.
The Premier League champions sacked Jose Mourinho yesterday afternoon and are already in talks with his potential replacement, albeit on a temporary role.
Talks Ongoing
Hiddink is now in a London hotel talking with members of the Chelsea board, and although it hasn’t been revealed who he is talking to, it’s believed the job is being offered to him.
The former-Chelsea boss will take the role on a temporary basis and will only be interim-manager until the end of the season when they will hire a permanent manager, believed to be Pep Guardiola or Diego Simeone.
As of yet, a contract between Hiddink and Chelsea hasn’t been signed, but a caretaker role has been offered.
