Loic Remy could leave and Charles Aranguiz could arrive

Chelsea could axe Loic Remy and snap up Chile midfielder Charles Aranguiz very soon, as the Frenchman looks for regular first team action.

Remy joined the Blues just last summer, leaving QPR for a reported £10.5 million. Despite featuring for Chelsea 21 times in the Premier League, winning a league title in the process, the 28 year-old was largely an impact sub for Jose Mourinho’s side, and now he wants to head for the exit door in order to gain more game time.

Remy Out/Aranguiz In

The Chelsea frontman has featured for the national side 31 times and would probably be keen on gaining as much game time as possible to force his way into the France squad ahead of the country hosting the 2016 European Championships next summer.

Besiktas are rumoured to be interested in signing the player and the Premier League champions may be happy to let him go.

The money from the sale could help them snap up Chile midfielder Aranguiz, who Mourinho is reportedly interested in signing. The Internacional midfielder has played 36 times for his country and could be set to join up with the Blues soon.

Only time will tell if the Londoners pursue the move further.
