Manchester United are lining up an unexpected £30 million move for Wolfsburg midfielder Kevin de Bruyne.
The interest has come about after the Belgian international playmaker expressed his desire to play for a ‘big European club’ in the future.
Reportedly, United have been watching de Bruyne since he left Chelsea. A move to the Red Devils could be exaclty what he wants to better his career in the coming years.
However, de Bruyne has admitted he is currently happy at the Bundesliga side and he knows there is plenty of time to make the right transfer.
He said: “I feel very much at home with VfL Wolfsburg in this very moment. I am able to sign a new contract with Wolfsburg. Life in football can be fast moving.”
The 23-year old has scored 11 goals and provided 16 assists so far this campaign.
