Barcelona full-back, Dani Alves, is considering swapping La Liga for the Premier League at the end of the season.
The Brazilian is out of the contract in the summer and is yet to sign a new contract. After a lucrative career at the Catalonian club, he may look towards pasteurs new.
Alves has become a target for London clubs Chelsea and Arsenal, as well as Manchester United showing their interest in the two time Champions League winner.
However, United boss Louis van Gaal believes his side have the edge when it comes to attracting Alves to the Premier League.
The new Red Devils goalkeeper, Victor Valdes, is a former team-mate of Alves’ from his time at Barcelona.
Van Gaal says Valdes will try and convince the 31-year old to sign a pre-contract agreement at Old Trafford.
