Real Madrid star, Angel Di Maria has admitted that he does not know what the future will hold for him, after reports suggesting that the player could move on in the summer window.

The Argentinian would be hot property if allowed to leave and up to three premier league clubs are keeping a close eye on the player’s situaton at Madrid.

“I’d like to have less to worry about this year, to know what’s going to happen with me and my family,” he told Marca.

“Especially for my wife and daughter if I have to leave and move house and all that.

“What I want to know is if I’m going to stay or not. Things keep being said and I hope to be able to concentrate on the World Cup.

“I’m keeping calm. I’m just focusing on the World Cup at the moment. I said I would focus on Madrid until the Champions League final and from then on I would focus on Argentina.”

“I think I’m arriving here on good form. We’ll soon see what happens with Madrid; if they want me to continue or they want me to leave the club.”

He added: “I’m happy. I had a great year and the fans have acknowledged it; I always had their support.

“Even if you’re keen to stay or looking forward to carrying on, sometimes you can’t because the club wants another player or wants to make other additions and needs to sell. And someone has to go. But I’m very happy.”
