EPL team of the week 11: midfielders
The EPL team of the week defenders are Ilkay Gundogan, Ross Barkley, Phillipe Coutinho and Gaston Ramirez.
Midfielder: Centre midfield – Eden Hazard (Chelsea)
Midfielder: Paul Pogba (Man Utd)
Midfielder: Phillipe Coutinho (Liverpool)
FACT: Coutniho has provided assists twice or more in a league game on six occasions since making his debut – the joint highest total of any player in the competition in that time (along with Mesut Ozil and David Silva).
Even though I’m not a huge fan of Pogba, he was in fine form for United over the weekend, still not worth the 89million, but top performance none the less.
