The Serie A side lost 1-0 to Lyon away last night.
But one Juve player is confident that they will pass the turn.
Welsh midfielder Aaron Ramsey is confident Juventus will pass the Champions League round of 16 despite Wednesday’s loss to Lyon. “We have a lot of work to do but I’m confident,” Ramsey told Sky Italia. “We are a united group looking forward to the future and for the return leg.
“They are all difficult games, especially in the Champions League. This was only half-time of a very long game. We will work hard ahead of the return leg.”
The Old Lady have another important match on Sunday when Inter Milan arrive at the Allianz Stadium to help their own position in the title battle this season. The Derby d’Italia could provide a chance for Juventus to take a big step towards another Scudetto this campaign.
“We have to focus on ourselves and do better than we did today,” the Wales international added. “We have to turn the page, think about the League and the match against Inter Milan. Then we will think about the Champions League match.”
