AS Monaco striker, Radamel Falcao, has revealed his desire to make his loan switch to Manchester United, a permanent one next year.

The Colombian international secured a season-long loan switch to Old Trafford on transfer deadline day, and despite only spending a fortnight at the club, he is already keen on making his temporary switch, a permanent one.

Falcao, who is set to make his debut against Queens Park Rangers on Sunday, is keen to stay on at Old Trafford past this season, and it’s believed United are keen on making the deal a permanent one too, even if it means offering big-money to land him.

As reported yesterday, United would have to pay at least £35million for Falcao if he makes 15-appearances for them this season, due to the clause in his contract, but speaking in his first press conference in England, he revealed his desire to stay at the club for ‘many years’.

‘It’s a new process, new team. This year come some players, and I think Manchester United build a big team this season, and then future seasons. And I would like to be here and be part of the project’.

‘I want to stay here for many years.’
