Arsenal midfielder Jack Wilshere has played down reports suggesting he has been involved in a training ground bust-up with team-mate Mathieu Flamini.
Pictures emerged of the duo seemingly going face-to-face during yesterday’s training session, but the Englishman took to Twitter to play down the reports and joked around with Flamini posing for a picture (seen above).
Flamini, who was seen shouting at Mesut Ozil during Wednesday’s defeat to Bayern Munich, was also pictured shouting at Wilshere during training, and then a follow-up image was showing Wilshere being held back by defender Bacary Sagna.
However, appearing to be on the team-bus, Wilshere and Flamini posed for a picture showing the Frenchman threatening to punch his team-mate, and with it, Wilshere tweeted these two messages.
‘Just read I had a ‘bust up’ in training today! That’s news to me! Anyway….who would mess with Flamini? #Nutter’
‘Flam was not happy when I walked on the bus tonight! Sorry mate I promise to never disagree with you again!! #Angry’
