Toni Kroos has confirmed that he will join the Champions League winners Real Madrid.
The German midfielder opted to reveal his future plans after the World Cup, where Kroos came out as the tournaments Champions with Germany.
Kroos, who finished the tournament as leading playmaker with four assists, confirmed at the Maracana that a move to Spain has been decided.
This means that the likes of Manchester United and Chelsea will miss out on signing the influential player after long-term interest.
But now Kroos has revealed that he will be heading to the Santiago Bernabeu this summer.
“We’ve finished the World Cup in the best way possible. Now I’m going to Madrid, so that’s two dreams achieved,” Kroos told UOL.
