According to reports Jurgen Klopp is eyeing a move for Leandro Paredes.
The Reds boss is said to still be in the market for yet another midfielder and now the Daily Star claim Roma’s Paredes is on his shortlist.
The 22-year-old, who is still under contract with parent club Roma until 2019, has spent last season on loan over at Empoli.
Paredes made 33 appearances for the Serie A giants, netting two goals, and has caught the eye of Klopp.
Along with Leicester City, Liverpool are keeping a close eye on the £18m-rated midfielder but also face competition from AC Milan.
However, Klopp could still spend more money on more signings and he has the backing of chairman Tom Werner.
