Liverpool are making potential signing Mario Balotelli, sign a ‘good behaviour’ clause in his four-year contract worth £90k-a-week.

The controversial figure is all set to complete his switch from AC Milan to Liverpool, but the Italian must accept a clause in his contract which deals with his controversial attitude and behaviour.

During his time at Manchester City, Balotelli dominated the headlines for his crazy antics and his unusual performances on the pitch, and Brendan Rodgers is keen to avoid any issues with the 24-year-old, and doesn’t want another Luis Suarez on his hands.

A £16million deal has been agreed between the two clubs, and a medical is scheduled to take place today, before Balotelli will sit down and talk to officials from Liverpool regarding his contract.

It’s believed that in the contract, it will warn Balotelli of huge fines and punishments if he’s late for training, or if he disrupts training sessions, much like he did under Roberto Mancini at City.

He will also be fined if he gets into trouble with the law, as Liverpool aim to keep him out of the public eye for the wrong reasons.
