Liverpool to offer highly-rated Italian youngster Gianluca Scamacca a deal at the club.
Brendan Rodgers is considering to bis for the 15-year-old, who currently plays for the Roma, and Italian youth team, and will offer him a ÂŁ135,000-a-year wage to make the move to England.
Scamacca has enjoyed a fine stint in the academy at the Serie A side, and has scored an incredible 34 goals in 30 youth team games.
However, Liverpool face stiff competition from several other top European sides for his signature.
The forward, who is 6 foot 4, has represented Italy at under 17 level, and has been hailed as ‘the new Zlatan Ibrahimovic’.
Scamacca is to be offered a deal with Roma when he turns 16, and has already visited the training ground of Dutch Eredivisie side PSV Eindhoven.
