Bayern Munich midfielder Toni Kroos is interested in a Summer switch to La Liga giants Real Madrid, but he will have to wait until next year, when his contract expires in Munich.
The German side are keen not to lose the 24-year-old, but after failing on numerous occasions to tie him down on a new deal, a transfer away from the club could be in the pipeline.
It’s been reported heavily that a move this Summer could be arranged, with Premier League duo Chelsea and Manchester United interested, but according to reports in Spain, Kroos is favouring a move to European champions, Real Madrid.
Both Louis Van Gaal and Jose Mourinho are interested in signing Kroos this Summer, and were hopeful of getting the German international on the cheap due to his contract expiring next Summer, but it now looks like Kroos is willing to stay at the Allianz Arena for another year, before joining Madrid next season.
