AS Monaco Vice-President, Vadim Vasilyev, has revealed that no Premier League club has approached them for the signing of left-back, Layvin Kurzawa.

The 22-year-old has been recently linked with a move to England, with three of the biggest clubs all keen on his signature, however, Vasilyev has put those rumours to bed by stating that none of them have made formal approaches as of yet.

The Frenchman was invited to the Etihad Stadium by City officials to watch their Champions League game against Bayern Munich, an offer with Kurzawa declined due to his current club knowing nothing about the arrangement.

When asked about the player, Vasilyev stated: “Kurzawa? There are no negotiations and I do not comment on rumors.

“Neither arrivals or departures are the order of the day.”

Kurzawa’s contrac at Monaco expires in 2018, so it would take a hefty sum for the French club to sell.
