Arsenal and Liverpool have been dealt a transfer blow with the news that Pedro is willing to stay at FC Barcelona.
The Spaniard was set to leave the Nou Camp due to lack of first-team opportunities under Luis Enrique, but according to reports in Spain, the two have held talks to discuss the future, and the winger is now willing to stay at the club.
The 27-year-old was heavily considered a January exit from the Catalan giants, and Arsenal and Liverpool were both ready to offer him a way out, but it now looks likely that he will stay in his homeland after positive talks with Enrique.
It’s not understood what was said between the player and the manager, but according to Marca, the discussions were positive and the winger will now remain at Barca.
