Petr Cech has revealed that he has been very impressed by what he has witnessed from Chelsea this season
The former Blues shot stopper believes that they are the heavy favorites to win the Premier League title.
Chelsea have now established themselves as one of the favourites to lift the Premier League trophy and currently boast a seven-point lead at the top of the Premier League table.
The Blues have earned a lot of praise for their form under Antonio Conte following the Italian’s appointment in the summer.
Petr Cech has been very impressed by his former club’s displays , however, he feels that they are not yet clear ahead in the Premier League title race.
Speaking to Sky Sports News HQ, Cech said: “Well I think any team that wins 13 games in a row deserves huge credit and obviously this is where they are at the moment full of confidence.
“They just had a tricky game in the last game after their first defeat after that long run without dropping points and they managed to win it.
“So their confidence is very high and they obviously have an advantage as well in terms of points.
“But there’s still a long way to go in football and everything can go pretty fast if you are ready to take it.”
