Real Madrid have moved ahead of some of Europe’s biggest clubs and have offered a contract to one of the hottest teenage properties in world football.
Martin Odegaard has been closely watched by the likes of Chelsea, Manchester United, Liverpool, Arsenal in recent months after making his first international debut in September as a substitue against Portugal in a 2-1 defeat.
The youngster is allowed to sign a professional contract when he turns 16 on December 17th, with a whole host of clubs waiting in the wings to attract the player to their team.
But now it appears that Spanish Giants Madrid have stepped up their efforts and have already tabled a contract to Odegaard, with the club willing to add the player to their youth squad in hope of a bright future.
There is no question that the player will leave his current club Stromsgodset, where in April he became the youngster player to appear in the Tippeligaen.
