Robin Van Persie has been linked with a potential move to Chelsea.
The Striker is set to swap places with Falcao at The Bridge.
After departing manchester United in summer Robin Van Persie has struggled to settle in at Fenerbahce. Van Persie has scored 4 times this season putting the striker ahead of the current Chelsea strike force. Diego Costa who has struggled to maintain last seasons form has only scored 3 times for the Champions this season.
Falcao who has struggled to adapt to the Premier League with both Manchester United and Chelsea could have his loan cut short if his performances don’t improve.
The move for Van Persie has come after Mourinho revealed a huge squad shake up in January  The former Arsenal man has huge experience in the Premier League, playing for 2 of the biggest clubs scoring 144 goals. A total which could of been more without the long periods of injuries
Players which could exit in January include: Hazard,Mikel and Ivanovic.
