According to reports in Spain, FC Barcelona are preparing to launch a mega-bid for Chelsea ace Eden Hazard, after the Belgium midfielder launched an attack on the club’s style of play.

After Jose Mourinho’s men were eliminated from the Champions League at the hands of Atletico Madrid last week, Hazard spoke in a post-match interview and admitted that Mourinho doesn’t want his teams to play football, he just wants them to counter attack.

Hazard’s comments then sparked a reaction from Mourinho himself, who claimed the midfield-ace would never give 110% to help his team-mates out, and that was why they conceded three times against the Spanish leaders.

With the off-field battle between the two growing, reports in Spain have now blossomed claimed that Barca are ready to test Chelsea’s resiliance by making a formal bid in the Summer once the transfer window opens.

Barca, who are also keen on Chelsea’s David Luiz, will face stiff competition from the likes of Real Madrid and Paris Saint-Germain, who both are interested in the 23-year-old.
