One again the mainstream media just cannot get it right, SkySports, BBC, well, pretty much all of them.

Now Chelsea Goalkeeper Thibaut Courtois who has been linked with a move to Real Madrid for quite some time now, has hit out at the mainstream  reports.

Speculation was further fueled when Diego Costa said the Real Madrid need a keeper like Courtois, to which the media took out of context.

However, when asked whether he expected to stay at Stamford Bridge, the 25-year-old said: ‘Yes, of course. I am committed to Chelsea.’

Having won the Premier league in 2015, Chelsea were down in form last year as they barley made a mid-table finish – failing to qualify for the Champions League for the first time under Roman Abramovich’s ownership.

However, Courtois is very confident the team have restored their reputations this season, with the Premier League title snatch up, it’s safe to say they have, not to mention they still have the FA cup final to play.

‘After last year when we had a moment when we were 15th, 16th in the league, people laugh and players get criticised,’ he added.
