Marco Van Ginkel enjoyed a loan spell with AC Milan last season and the young Dutchman is slowly gaining experience as the Blues have sent him to the ever-improving Stoke side.
Van Ginkel was bought by the Blues back in 2013 and has been often seen as a young prospect due to his versatility to playing in a defensive role and also as a central midfielder linking the defence and attack.
With caps already for Holland, Van Ginkel could earn his way into Chelsea‘s team in the near future as he improves and midfielders such as John Obi Mikel and Ramires slowly become surplus to requirements at Stamford Bridge.
