Spanish club Valencia are in the race to sign the midfielder and are keeping a close eye on him according to Mundo Deportivo.
The 3o year old is also a target for Turkish club Galatasaray. Last summer they made a bid for him but was instantly rejected by United as Mourinho wanted him to be in the squad that time. They are also monitoring him. There are also interest from some clubs in Italy.
Fellaini Joined Manchester United on a 4 year contract from Everton for a fee of £27.5 million and was reunited with former United manager David Moyes. Last year he signed a 12 months contract extension expiring this summer.
