Manchester United manager, Louis Van Gaal has already told the club that he wants the deal for Southampton’s Luke Shaw done as soon as possible.
It has been rumoured that United’s bid of £27 million had been rejected from Southamptons, but Van Gaal has declared that he wants the deal done before the World Cup.
The club are expected to make an increased offer as Shaw is set to be announced as United’s first summer signing.
Like Luke Shaw, Van Gaal will be at the World Cup and it is understood that he has given the club a list of transfer targets already.
