Neil Warnock has said Tottenham Hotspur should be forced to finish their season at Wembley.

Spurs beat the Bluebirds by 0-3 in their last outing in the Premier League.

Cardiff City manager Neil Warnock has said that Tottenham should be forced to see off their season at Wembley. The north London club beat the Bluebirds in their own backyard by 0-3 in their last match in the Premier League. Mauricio Pochettino’s men are set to return to White Hart Lane following the completion of their new stadium but construction delays have seen them playing their matches at the Wembley stadium.

Speaking to the media after Cardiff City’s loss against Tottenham, Warnock said, “I don’t think there should be any chance of an advantage to any of our opponents. It’s not our fault. We should have been playing at the new stadium ourselves. I think they [the league] should step in now. It should be until the end of the season now…. I think they should enforce it. It undermines the integrity of the competition.”

Cardiff City are currently stranded at the 16th position in the Premier League and are looking to bounce back to winning ways. The Welsh side have managed to win only five of their 21 matches so far in the Premier League and are eyeing the dreaded possibility of getting relegated right in the eye.
