Highest passers in Premier League 2019/20. Who has made the most passers so far this season?

With half as many matches left to play, we are beginning to notice some stand-out performers in the league. And the highest passers in the Premier League. Which players have passed the most in the Premier League?

There are hundreds of stats that we could take away from the season so far, and some would argue that the only important stat is the one that tells us who’s at the top of the league. But we will look at the highest passers in the Premier League so far this season.

So today we’re looking at the top 10 passers of the Premier League this season so far. Who’s put the most passes in? And how many? Let’s see.

10. Dale Stephens – 949

Dale Stephens is an English footballer who plays as a central midfielder for Premier League club Brighton & Hove Albion. He has been at Brighton since 2014 and was a key performer for the club throughout the 2016–17 season, helping the club to earn promotion to the Premier League. He signed a new four-year contract with the club in the summer of 2017, with his previous contract set to run out at the conclusion of the season.

9. Jonny Evans – 972

Jonathan Evans is a Northern Irish footballer who plays as a defender for Premier League club Leicester City and the Northern Ireland national team. Evans was born in Belfast and started his career at Greenisland FC, where he was spotted by Manchester United scouts.

He made his Manchester United first team debut in the 2007–08 League Cup, becoming a regular first-team squad member the following season. Evans is the second most decorated player in Northern Irish football history with 10 major trophies.

Zouma began his career at Saint-Étienne, making his professional debut aged 16, and going on to win the Coupe de la Ligue with the club in 2013. He has got Mourinho to thank for bringing him to London, and Chelsea have only Mourinho to thank for getting him one of the best passers in the 2019/20 in the EPL.

Toby Alderweireld is a Belgian footballer who plays for Premier League club Tottenham Hotspur and the Belgium national team. Mainly a centre back, he can also play as a right back. He has a contract with Spurs running until summer 2020.

Another Liverpool player, Robertson is a Scottish footballer who plays as a left back and captains the Scotland national team. Robertson began his senior career with Queen’s Park in 2012 before joining Dundee United a year later. His form in his first season as a professional led to him being named SPFA Young Player of the Year and also making his international debut.

He appeared in successive UEFA Champions League finals in his first two seasons, winning the second in 2019. For his performances in the 2018–19 Premier League season, he was named in the PFA Team of the Year.

Kovacic is a Croatian footballer who plays as a midfielder for English club Chelsea and the Croatia national team. Kovačić is usually deployed as a central midfielder or deep-lying playmaker, but he is considered to be a versatile midfielder, having played in different positions and adapted to playing either wide on the left or as an attacking midfielder.

He joined Chelsea on one-year loan in 2018, winning Europa League in the process. A full Croatian international since 2013, Kovačic represented the nation at the 2014 FIFA World Cup, UEFA Euro 2016 and the 2018 FIFA World Cup, including a runner’s up finish in the latter tournament.

Van Dijk is a Dutch professional footballer who plays as a centre-back for English Premier League club Liverpool and captains the Netherlands national team. Considered to be one of the best defenders in the world, he is known for his strength, leadership and aerial ability.

In 2019 he was named the UEFA Men’s Player of the Year; he also finished runner-up for the Ballon d’Or and The Best FIFA Men’s Player.
