Utd never won the uefa cup
So that’s only 40 major trophies
Just sayin but that’s none of my business
I think they’re referring to United winning the UEFA Cup Winners’ Cup in 1991. Technically, the following is also not true “Liverpool is also the most successful English club in the Champions League racking up five Champions League titles”. Liverpool won the old format European Cup 4 times, and the Champions League (format since 1992) only once.
Needs updating
I have always maintained that LFC are the most successful team vs Man Utd as they have won more of the “weightier” titles. Now they are even pulling away and may well be out of sight if they win more by the end of the current season??
Liverpool has won more important trophies compared to Manchester United. I still believe LFC is the best in EPL. But I know my darling club Arsenal will meet up one day. Up Gunners.
arsenal is now ungun know Club
