According to reports, Chelsea defender David Luiz will complete a £25million move to FC Barcelona in the Summer as their transfer embargo has been reversed.
The Catalan giants were punished for their registration errors when signing players under the age of 18, but the ban has been put on hold by FIFA and the club will now be allowed to sign players in the Summer.
Barcelona officials appealed against the ban and after a hearing, FIFA decided to put the ban on hold until agreeing on a suitable ban, if any is needed.
With the ban now on hold, the Spanish side are keen to improve their back-four and Luiz has been a long-term target for the club.
It is believed that a £25million deal could be in the pipeline for the Summer.
