Runner up on the Top 5 Football Criminals is former Colombian National team Goalkeeper Rene Higuita. He has gone down in history as one of the all time entertaining goalkeepers . He used to be a risk taking player and maybe he took too much risks and ended up being charged with extortion . The keeper was rarely on his lines and usually made clearances and dribbles, he can be said to have had the same style of goalkeeping as Manuel Neuer. His extortion charges saw him serve seven months jail term.
